What’s the deal with shipping?
I ship packages through USPS Priority mail within three days of receiving an order. If you need it super fast, please email me or make a note during checkout and we can try to work something out. Free local pickup is available for Portland peeps.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately not. I can only offer exchanges for pieces that are damaged during shipping. My business is very small, so returns are pretty damaging. However, I appreciate and love every person who supports my studio with their purchase, so if you have a serious problem with your piece, please email me and we can discuss it further. If your piece arrives broken, please notify me immediately and include a photo of the broken piece in it’s packaging. I will either refund you or send you a piece of similar value.
Do you ship Internationally?
I currently only ship within the United States, but I hope to expand shipping in the near future!
What are you doing to help save the planet?
What a great question - thank you for asking! Since plastic is the absolute worst, I ship with almost exclusively biodegradable materials. My packaging is slightly more expensive than it’s plastic and styrofoam counterparts, but it’s completely worth it to not be adding to the landfills. If your package arrives nested in packing peanuts, please either let the rain to dissolve them or put them in your compost bin. They are made from cornstarch so they magically dissolve to almost nothing when you add water!
